About Us
Hi, my name is Cassidy and last year I went on an all-women motorcycle trip to Guatemala… and honestly, it felt like I had won the lottery.
I got to spend nearly two weeks with some of the coolest women I had ever met… and honestly I felt so lucky to be with them.
I took that feeling and I ran with it — I ended up spending the entire summer teaching over 200 women basic motorcyle mechanics.
And what I noticed most… was that almost every single woman felt alone in this space.
But by the end of each week, they all left feeling like… they had found their people.
That stuck with me.
I became so inspired by these women, I wanted to keep those connections going… so I started planning a cross country trip to visit and ride with them.
But it didn’t take long before I realized… this shouldn’t be something only I get to experience.
So I decided to create Her Moto Connection.
I’ll be using my own cross-country trip as the first real test of how this works — connecting with women along the way.

When Cassidy connected me with Anna, a rider from the UK who was passing through Montreal, I honestly had no idea what to expect.
What I got was one of those days that reminds you why motorcycles create such special connections.
Within minutes, we were talking like old friends. As it turns out, Anna is an A320 pilot, a fellow nerd, and exactly the kind of person I love meeting through riding. Even though we grew up on different continents and had never met before, we instantly had plenty to talk about.
Since she wanted to experience a little bit of Montreal, we spent the afternoon cheering on the Montreal Victoire at a hockey game (they won!), then headed to a neighbourhood pub to catch the first two periods of the Canadiens game. Along the way, we checked a few important local boxes: eating poutine and drinking Quebec craft beer!
On paper, it sounds a little crazy: meet a stranger from another country because someone from the motorcycle community introduced you. In reality, it felt completely natural.
That’s what I love about what Her Moto Connection is building. Motorcycles are the reason we meet, but the real value is the people behind the helmets. Without Cassidy’s introduction, Anna and I probably never would have crossed paths. Instead, I got to spend a day sharing my city with an incredible woman rider and making a connection that stretched from Montreal all the way to the UK.
The motorcycle world can feel surprisingly small when women riders help each other find their people.

Within moments of meeting Cassidy I knew I admired her. Her confidence, incredible intellect, knowledge base of her profession, great sense of humor and her almost magical ability to translate “mechanical language” into something meaningful, useful, logical that (even peeps like ME) non mechanics can really understand… & my God! Her physical strength for her tiny SIZE!! She said she was a “beast”… that she is!! Witnessed!
Her ability to stay calm, helpful and remain collected in stressful situations always impresses me.
She is what we Southerners refer to as a “little old soul” in a young feisty, creative, caring & supportive pro with a very driven and innovative way to enhance us female biker’s lives. I LOVE THAT!!

of you. BUT…. I need people that WANT to ride & don’t give me tons of excuses… support from our tribe!
